MTOW’s collaboration with CCRI will strengthen existing career pathways for imprisoned students at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections (RIDOC) and identify new pathways that lead to quality jobs that pay a living wage and offer healthcare and benefits. In addition, MTOW will recruit additional employer partners and engage reentry-focused CBOs, and other organizations, that will support students transitioning out of imprisonment and into meaningful work.
