ESO Ventures was born in East Oakland by and for entrepreneurs in Black and Brown communities.

MTOW has partnered with ESO to launch their inaugural ReEntry Business Incubator, which was launched in collaboration with Santa Clara County’s Office of Diversion and Reentry Services to support and develop entrepreneurs who have been formerly incarcerated.

MTOW worked with ESO to adjust existing curriculum for entrepreneurs to support reentry participants, created a resource hub for reentry participants, and are leading the business coaching workshops of their 20-week program.
