In 2019, Checkr Inc released a foundational Fair Chance Playbook providing a critical text for employers beginning their work to hire top talent with records.

MTOW consultants, who were employed by Checkr at the time, were the primary architects, researchers, experts, and authors of this notable resource. Unlike existing tools at the time, this playbook focused on the implementation strategy behind fair hiring initiatives based on MTOW expert’s experience building a successful hiring practice from the ground up.
